Wendy V's Local Blend began as Local Folk, a newsletter with the purpose of giving space to Twin Cities coffeehouse performers to bring a little name recognition to them and tell people about their music. It continued on for 14 years and was retired in May of 2006.

Here are some links to some past issues. Keep in mind that those these pages may be old, many of the musicians are still out there playing. Here's hoping that something you read in here might stir your curiosity to go out and hear them play or find a CD. -- Wendy V
